Our office has always exceeded OSHA standards for infection control. Now with the pandemic we are using even more patient protection measures. We follow guidelines from regulatory and governmental agencies. Your health and safety are our top priority.
Currently we are seeing dental patients by appointment only. We have changed many of our treatment times in order to allow more time for preparation and sanitation of the office. We are reducing patient traffic through the office, thus we may ask that you wait in your car until your dental operatory is ready. We are asking that patients not bring extra people with them to the office unless necessary for assistance.
Additionally, we are using the following steps:
Monitoring staff temperatures and symptoms daily
Telephone questions and screening of patients before appointments
Screening of temperatures and symptoms for all who enter our building
Persons with symptoms of the flu or covid-19, such as temperature greater than 100.5°F, shortness of breath, cough, or who have been in contact with a known positive covid-19 person are asked to reschedule
All persons entering our building must wear a face mask and sanitize their hands
We have removed all magazines and books from our reception area and have seating at more than 6 feet distance
We may ask patients to use antimicrobial mouth rinse before treatment
We have extra barriers protecting surfaces and spaces
We have air filtration units in every room
We are performing extra cleaning and sanitization in common areas such as the reception room and bathroom
We have the highest priority for the safety of our staff and patients, and we want you to feel safe and comfortable in our office for dental treatment.
Thank you for placing your trust in our dental team.
